After purchase, I was informed immediately that the item ordered (NcSTAR Uni-Bipod/SKS Deluxe Folding Bipod) was out of stock. The customer service thereafter was excellent and prompt in communication, as well as rectifying the delay by express shipping the bi-pod at no charge. My only complaint was the product itself. This is not SKSSTOCKS fault, it's the manufacturers. It's flimsy, heavy, doesn't stay folded. One would be better throwing it at someone than using it on their fire arm. I still wish to do business with SKSSTOCKS, as their customer service was excellent, but will never purchase another NcSTAR product again.
